Housing and Urban Development Programs

Clayton County Office of Grants Administration offers 3 in house programs to serve the citizens of Clayton County. The Essential Home Repair Program and the Emergency Home Repair Program is for Clayton County residents 62 years of age or older, disabled person or a veteran who have lived in their principal residence for the last 5 years. Participants must meet the household income requirement as determined by HUD guidelines.
The Down payment Assistance Program is for first time homebuyers that wish to purchase a home in Clayton County. Participants must meet the household income requirement as determined by HUD guidelines.
