CLAYTON COUNTY OFFICE OF GRANTS ADMINISTRATION
2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Program Years 2024 and 2025 Reallocations 

The Clayton County Office of Grants Administration is preparing to submit the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2024. The report covers activities during the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The report will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) no later than September 30, 2025. The annual report to be submitted to HUD contains performance assessments for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. Also published, herein, is the County’s proposed 2024 and 2025 Annual Action Plan Amendments.

The draft report will be available beginning September 3, 2025. Written comments must be received by September 18, 2025 by 5:00 P.M. to be considered and may be sent to linda.boswell@claytoncountyga.gov via email. The County Board of Commissioners (BOC) will consider the CAPER and Amendments at the BOC meeting on September 2, 2025.
