Clayton County Office of Grants Administration
2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The Clayton County Office of Grants Administration is preparing to submit the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2025. The report covers activities during the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The report will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) no later than September 30, 2026. The annual report to be submitted to HUD contains performance assessments for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership and Emergency Solutions Grant programs.

Written comments must be received by August 26, 2026 by 5:00 P.M. to be considered and may be sent to linda.boswell@claytoncountyga.gov via email. The County Board of Commissioners (BOC) will consider the CAPER Report at the BOC meeting on August 18, 2026.
