State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds 2023 Report
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has taken the world by surprise. It has caused businesses, communities, tourism, and the government (federal, state, and local) to review how they operate, while many states called for a “declaration of emergency.” On March 13, 2020, Clayton County Government/ Administrative offices and courts announced closure for two weeks, which began March 16, 2020. This closure activated the County Emergency Operations Plan and our Continuity of Operations Plan during this pandemic.
