2023 – 2027 CONSOLIDATED PLAN INCLUDING THE PROPOSED FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PY2023 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND AMENDMENTS TO THE PY2021 AND PY2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLANS
Clayton County publishes, herein, its proposed amendments to the PY2021 and PY2022 Action Plans, along with the County’s proposed 2023 -2027 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and funding recommendations for the PY2023 Annual Action Plan based on amounts for PY2023 funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs’ allocations from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The draft 2023 – 2027 Five-Year Consolidated Plan, which includes the PY2023 Annual Action Plan, is available at www.claytoncountyhud.com. Written comments regarding the Plans should be sent no later than May 12, 2023, at 5:00pm to the address below:
