The Clayton County Essential Home Repair Program is a federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program through the Office of Grants Administration which provides limited financial assistance to make home repairs for qualifying homeowners.
Qualifications:
1.Clayton County resident over age 62, disabled* or veteran
2.Must be a single-family detached home
3.Must be principal residence for last 5 years
4.Must meet income requirements as determined by Housing Urban
Development (HUD) guidelines; see chart below:
